Who we are
The Sufi Hub is a registered charity (No. 1211772). We are responsible for the personal information you give us through this website. Contact us at info@thesufihub.co.uk.
What we collect
When you register for a course or join our mailing list we collect your name, email address and, if you choose to give them, your phone number and any message you send. We also record which course you registered for and whether you asked to receive our emails.
How we use it
- Course registrations — to process your registration, contact you about that course and send you a confirmation. We do this because it is necessary to organise the course you asked to join (legitimate interests).
- Mailing list — to email you about courses, events and announcements, only if you have opted in (consent). You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who sees it
Your details are seen only by The Sufi Hub team. We use trusted service providers to run this website and send email — Cloudflare (website hosting and spam protection), Resend (sending emails) and IONOS (our email inbox). They process data only on our instructions. We never sell or share your details for marketing.
How long we keep it
Course registration details are kept for up to [24 months] after the course ends. Mailing list details are kept until you unsubscribe, after which we keep only a record that you opted out, so we don't email you again.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time — email info@thesufihub.co.uk. To stop our emails, use the or the link in any email we send. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
